Abstract(in English) The bit error rate (BER) performance of Trellis-coded Co-channel Canceller with interleaving (TCC-IL) is presented. TCC has been proposed to improve the co-channel interference cancelling capability over static and Nakagami-Rice fading channels. The proposed TCC-IL employs symbol interleaver into TCC to improve the BER performance over Rayleigh fading channels. TCC uses recursive least squares maximum-likelihood sequence estimation (RLS-MLSE), and so it is necessary for TCC-IL to combine interleaving and RLS-MLSE. The method for this combining is proposed. Then the BER performance of TCC-IL in a Rayleigh fading channel is given by computer simulations.
