Abstract(in English) Other than wide-spreading mobile telephone, cat roadside communication was once a special field of mobile communication for train and special dump truck etc., but it's recently been becoming general usage with development of multimedia technology. Information contents of multimedia car-roadside communication are versatile and are divided in to three main parts, (1) the part needs a high speed information processing, (2) the part needs a transparent communication, (3) the part needs Information-Freshness. Such a system has to equip with digital image technology and high-speed radio transmission more than 1.5Mbps, direct wave communication (non-interference communication), and multimedia information communication (in image broadcast mode, imbalance bothway communication, and balance both-way communication).
