Cell Design System using Measured Field Strength Data for Mobile Communication Systems

Abstract(in English) In the radio link design of cellular systems, suitable location assignment for mobile base stations is done based on the propagation loss prediction results. The designed mobile base station allocations are checked by field strength measurements, and communication quality is also confirmed by the results. In order to make this work more efficient, we have developed a new tool using engineering work station. This paper shows the outline of this tool named "CELLDES-F" (CELL DEsign system for Field data processing.
