Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) New approach for detecting the number of impinging signals with unknown interference and noise using cyclostationarity is presented. Such a approach is required for practical implementation of signal selective direction finding algorithms such as cyclic MUSIC. The new method is implemented with evaluating a theoretical criterion and applying the cyclic autocorrelation, which is calculated from impinging signals on an array of antennas, into the linear prediction model. The criterion which is introduced here is based on Bayesian statistical approach. This method can detect the number of signals of interest in the presence of interference and in low SN
