Evaluation on Adaptive Dynamic Channel Allocation Algorithm Called Offset-ARP

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a dynamic channel allocation algorithm, called Offset-ARP, which introduces an offset C/I threshold to ARP algorithm. The offset C/I threshold has some margin to channel allocation threshold. The proposed algorithm is evaluated by computer simulation. As a result, the number of channels which are allocated by ARP algorithm changes adaptively in correspondence with traffic load. In addition, since the algorithm enables transmitter power control two times larger than that of ARP algorithm, it also reduces interference frequency and forced termination probability to one tenth compared with ARP algorithm.
