Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A non-linear co-channel interference chancellor is a promising candidate to improve the maximum transmission rate and the capacity of a TDMA digital mobile radio system. A co-channel interference chancellor based on MLSE has superior BER performance compared with co-channel interference chancellors based on DFE, and its canceling performance can be improved if it is combined with trellis-coded modulation. In this paper, the experimental results of trellis-coded co-channel interference chancellor which utilizes both MLSE and trellis-coded modulation are shown.
