Abstract(in English) | The authers developed 10Mbps π/4-QPSK modem for land mobile digital communications with complexity reduced sequence estimator (CRSE). They have examined the performance of moving picture data transmission under the simulated frequency selective fading. Key points of modem development are hardware reduction of equalizer and high performance of clock and carrier synchronization circuits. The CRSE equalizer is implemented using frame-sliced data processing and pipelined technique. The bit timming clock and carrier recovery circuits are tested by computer simulation in the case of frequency selective fading. |
