Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose Multiple interleaving (MIL) method for W-CDMA mobile radio channel. The proposal method can be applied to W-CDMA system for channel-interleaver of the mobile radio channel and for encoding-interleaver of Turbo code. The performance of this method is evaluated by computer simulation. In case of applying MIL method to both channel-interleaver and Turbo code, required E_b/N_o for BER=10^-6 is less 0.4dB than the use of each conventional inteleaver. Furthermore, in case of applying MIL method to Turbo code, simulation results show not only that BER at error floor of Turbo code is at least 0.1 times than the use of conventional inteleaver but also that the decoding-iterations can be reduced for same performance as conventional interleaver.
