High-Speed Frequency Switching Synthsizer with Fraction Divider

Abstract(in English) We have developed High-speed frequency switching synthsizer with fractional divider. The usual frequency synthsizers have some problems that Chanel widths are spreded in the synthsizer with a fast switching, because a switching speed depends on a reference frequency which decides chanel widths. Then, in this paper, avobe problems overcomes by using fractional divider with moving average. We reprt this metod and result of experiment.
