Abstract(in English) We study the feasibility of CCD matched filter based on AlGaAs/GaAs HEMT technology in spread spectrum communications. In this paper, we present that CCD matched filter can work in IF band, and the consumption power is estimated to be approximately 40mW in case that code type is 11-chip Barker sequence, and chip rate is 11Mcps. This CCD matched filter is suitable for the application such as PN code is short and fixed, for example, Standard IEEE802.11.
