Abstract(in English) We have been developing the direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) wireless communication products such as JX-1100A (32kbps-modem), JX-3000A (256kbps-modem), and JU-1100A (256kbps-unit) using our original SAW Convolvers for the 2.4GHz Japanese ISM band. Now we developed JU-1500A (1Mbps-unit) using a DPSK-SAW Convolver with short output electrodes in order to increase the transmission rate. JU-1500A has four times higher transmission rate than JU-1100A. A feature of JU-1500A and its wireless communication performance are presented.
