| Abstract(in English) | A 'Smart Network' concept is proposed, which makes best use of information in the network and provides best solutions for user demands according to his purpose and situation. The smart network allows users to get best network services without any troubles to select them out of a lot of and diverse ones. DANSE is also proposed as one of the small network implementations. DANSE provides the individual user with his own portable networking environment and brings the effective distribution of network resources between providers and users. |
