Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The author has showed experimentally that the GMSK data errors, due to the impulsive noises, ould be estimated by using peak values of each noise, and summing up bit errors induced by individual noise impulses. In order to apply this estimation method to other modulation scheme, it is required to determine the characteristic of error occurrence by single impulsive noise. In this paper, the models of impulsive noise and error occurrence are proposed. Comparison is made between simulation and experiment result for π/4 shifted QPSK modulation. employed for PHS system. The experiment result matches well with the simulation, which takes account of the non-ideal element of impulsive response of the actual receiver IF filter.
