| 抄録(和) | PCや携帯電話、携帯端末などからインターネットを利用したサービスが急激に発達している中、日本政府は電子政府システムの構想e-Japanプロジェクトを立ち上げた。電子政府で扱う情報に関しては、その重要性やプライバシー問題の観点から、情報を保護するために、情報セキュリティが重要な要素になってきている。このため情報セキュリティの重要な技術の1つである暗号技術の評価が重要な課題となっている。本稿では、急速に普及している携帯電話、携帯端末へ実装される暗号技術の統一的な評価方法を検討し、その方法により実際の暗号プログラムの性能測定を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | In the situation that the services to be used Internet with personal computers, cellular phones and portable terminals, have been developed, the Japanese government started up the project of the electronic government system called e-Japan. The information security becomes an important element to protect information because its importance and privacy issues about information managed by the electronic government emerged. To evaluate one of the important technologies of the information security, that is cryptographic technology, we investigate a method of standardized an evaluation of the cryptographic technology attached to cellular phones and portable terminals which are getting popular rapidly, and measured performance of actual cryptographic programs using the method described above. |
