Abstract(in English) | We propose a new public-key cryptography system having communication management. Namely, if a company introduces our new public-key system, every sender must send his cipher to the receiver at window of the company, then the receiver at window records some information, transforms the received cipher to the other cipher, and sends the resulting cipher to the receiver. Then receiver decrypt the cipher. The receiver can decrypt only the cipher transformed by the receiver at window. |
