Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, an adaptive single-user receiver for the coherest M-ary Frequency Shift Keying/Frequency Hopping Multiple Access(MFSK/FHMA) is proposed. The proposed scheme is designed based on the minimum mean square error(MMSE) criterion and can be realized by the least mean square(LMS) algorithm. The expression of the optimum weight vector for the single-user detection used in the proposed system is identical to that used in the conventional DS/SS system. The bit error rate(BER) performance is evaluated and a comparison of the proposed system and the non-cancellation system is made. The proposed system is superior to the non-cancellation system by about 2[dB] when BER = 10^<-4>. The proposed system is effective in suppression of the co-channel interference.
