| 抄録(和) | ネットワーク上での電子投票では, 二重投票や票の水増し・改ざんが憂慮される.また集計局が悪意をもてば, 集計中にその結果を洩らして利用する不正なども存在し得る.それらを防ぐ手段が提案されているが, 投票者の負担が多くなりがちであったり, 集計局を複数設置する必要があったりする.ここでは, PIN番号を付記したカードをあらかじめ作成して匿名に配布し, 投票者は単に自分が投票したい候補に対応したカードを提出することで投票作業が完了する方式を提案する.投票締切まではどのカードがどの候補に対応しているか公表しないため, 一つの集計局設置で済み, また, 集計局が途中経過を知ることはできない. |
| 抄録(英) | In electronic ballot, there are problems of security, such as double votes, alterations of votes, etc. In addition, the organization to add up the votes may leak the result unfairly during its operation. Some methods to prevent them have already been proposed. However, in these methods, voters have to do troublesome operations, or two or more organizations to add up the votes are necessary. In this paper, a new system is proposed. The election administration committee creates the cards that show the PIN numbers, and distributes them to voters randomly and anonymously. The voter submits the card corresponding to the candidate, whom he wants to vote. |
