Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed a method of evaluating tamper resistance of a program by exhausting run-time data. In the method, all the data appearing in the memory on run time of the program are gathered, and each of them is checked whether it is a secret data embedded in the program or not. We expect that the computational complexity of such a searching will be an effective and objective measure. In this paper we propose a way to reduce the number of run-time data to be checked and improve the efficiency of the method.
