Abstract(in English) C4-1, a new secret-key stream cipher based on key stream set, is proposed. high quality pseudorandom number, which is indistinguishable from truly random number, can be generated from the key stream set. It is not only easily implementing encryption/decryption with characteristics both high speed and flexible but also achieving ultimate security. Moreover it implemented with software, is so light that is suitable for multiplatform.
