Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Steganography aims to make communication invisible by hiding genuine information in harmless objects called cover data.We have proposed a steganographic scheme using Standard MIDI Files (SMF), a kind of digital music data format. In this paper, we try to calculate the embeddable data size about over three hundred SMFs, which are opened to the public on the Internet. As a result, the average of the embedding rate which is the percentage of embeddable data size to cover SMF size shows about 1[%].And the best case of embedding rate shows about 4[%].And we also clarify the efficacy of the quantize function which aligns the timing of note events, on the embeddable data size.
