| Abstract(in English) | We have been proposing the method to generate DNA-ID for personal identification by specifing multiple STR locations(called"loci")and trying calidation experiment.It is very important to verify the correlation among the loci because the matching probability of the DNA-ID directly depends on the correlation function.Based on the actual more than 500 volunteers data obtained in the validation experiment, we verified the correlation among the loci, the results of which are reported in this paper.We have succeeded in confirming that the DNA-ID that we have been proposing is adequate for use in practical applications. |
