| Abstract(in English) | In IP based network for ITS, the mobile IP is under consideration for providing host migration transparency. However, the mobile IP has some problems such a packet-loss at hand-over and delay time due to redundant path. To overcome these problems, this paper proposes and investigates a packet relay method. And it is enhanced by a protocol which reduce the access to Home Agent (HA). Last, performance analyses are shown with computer simulation in three network models. |
