Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) 78000 a year Japanese traffic accident occer, and, as for the economic loss, as for the not less than a trillion yen and the study to prevent a traffic accident greatly, there is emergency. Most things come, and, by a head-on collision (27%), next is a rear-end collision (24%). As for this head-on collision, road width breeds at the crossing that there is not of a the same signal, and there is such a crossing innumerably, and it is necessary for the traffic accident prevention method that is not relid on infrastructure such as a sensor or warning of a crossing. We suggest the FDM-GMSK system that used diffraction of an electric wave of VHF zone already. I dfine the equation applied traffic accident prevention in this study and show computing sample of warning position, and so on.
