Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the influence of detection error of the notifying signal on the throughput and the delay performance of the M-ary/SSMA ALOHA system with stop-and-wait ARQ protocol is investigated. In particular, the throughput performances and the delay property taking account of detection error of the notifying signal are evaluated by theoretical analysis. Consequently the maximum throughput performance of the M-ary/SSMA ALOHA system decreases by about 7.7 percent. When the offered load is small, the throughput performance and the delay property of the M-ary/SSMA ALOHA system considering the detection error of the notifying signal are better than those of the DS/SSMA ALOHA system.
