Abstract(in English) | Key escrow system for secret key cipher telecommunications where keys can be dynamically and frequently changed through on-line network. But, when the non-registered keys are used, telecommunication are physically disturbed. This System has 3-phase of encryption at sending station, transformation at base station and decryption at receiving station, and uses one-way-functions at every phase. Two one-way-functions are introduced in the former report. In this paper, I will discuss how to prevent cheating the key escrow center of forged keys. |
