A Scheme of Meta Public Key Cryptosystem

Abstract(in English) Various types of public key cryptosystem have been proposed so far such as RSA cryptosystem and elliptic curve cryptosystems, etc. Most of them require large amount of computation compared with ordinary common key cryptosystems. This paper proposes a scheme of meta public key cryptosystem enabling to reduce the amount of computation for encryption and decryption and to realize not only encryption of keys in common key cryptosystems but also encryption of ordinary plaintexts. The proposed scheme is based on Chinese Remainder Theorem and is able to adopt arbitrary secure cryptosystems such as RSA cryptosystem and elliptic curve cryptosystems.
