Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new block cipher CIPHERUNICORN-A which has 128-bit block size and 128 / 192 / 256-bit key size, that is the same external interface as AES's. This cipher is a member of the CIPHERUNICORNs, that is a block cipher family provided by NEC Corporation. We evaluate statistical characteristics of the proposed cipher to show that its statistical deviation is negligibly small comparing with AES Finalists.
