Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an off-line observer-based electronic cash scheme based on KCDSA(Korea Certification-based Digital Signature Algorithm). Our proposed electronic cash scheme allows for two types of anonymities of e-cash in case of illegal withdrawal and illegal payment. And double-Spending can be prevented by a tamper-free module observer which is owned by bank. Those anonymities can be revoked with help of a group of trustees which need not involve in a withdrawal and payment protocol by using the secret sharing scheme. The proposed protocol for anonymity revocation can be used in any electronic cash scheme.
