Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Receuntly Tstujii, Murakami and Kasahara proposed "the fourth method of Non Interactive Key Sharing Scheme", which will be referred to as ID-NIKS-IV. In this report, we propose a new memberof the class of ID-NIKS-IV. In ID-NIKS-IV, ID vector is partitioned into J vectors of relatively small size. each of which has the corresponding symmetric matrix H_j for geurerating common key. The proposed scheme in this report has the following features: (1) Secret key is devided into two pieces that are different for each entity. (2) Common key has the form of g^)^T> where f(k_) is the linear function of the components of the set of symmetric matrix. (3) It is possible to generate the key parameters at the mutually isolated centers.
