| Abstract(in English) | We propose a new concept of Non-Interactive Key Sharing Scheme. In this scheme, public ID of an entity is devided into several small pieces (ID-pieces). By registering these ID-pieces to the trusted centers, the entity obtain the secret keys from the centers. In this scheme, the registered entity can generate the common secret key to any other registered entity. We show that the proposed ID-NIKS can realize the high-security compared with the conventional methods. Moreover, with the proposed ID-NIKS, the problem of so-called "Big Brother" can be practically circumvented. |
