Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose new encoding and decoding scheme of Turbo-codes using"scrambler"and evaluated its performance by simulation."scrambler"is a (N,N) non-singular linear block code which maps each input sequence to another sequence. However, we could not attain better performance than conventional scheme using pseudorandom interleaver. Remaining problem is to find a good pattern of matrix for scrambler.
