Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The coefficients of the matched filter for are real-valued shift-orthogonal finite-length sequence are approximated by the integers because of circuit simplification and fast processing. The approximated coefficients are the addition of two integers whose absolute values are the power of 2. This paper describes an affect of the coefficient digitization error to the impulse response. The impulse response errors of the matched filter are directly proportional to the coefficient digitization errors. It is effective to decrease coefficient errors for the shorter element sequences. The approximation of the coefficient by the addition of two integers is equivalent to that by the quantization with 7 to 8 bits.
