Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present a election model which will be practically available in the real-world election and survey system, while achieving the required properties, among which are privacy preservation of voters, detection of fraudulent votes and universal verifiability. In our scheme, we adopt a r-th residue cryptography for homomorphic encryption. Besides we separate the responsibilities of the authority (i.e., detection / collection and decryption) into two independent authorities achieving privacy preservation for all participating parties.
