Elliptic-Curve Arithmetic Methods on OEF using Frobenius Map

Abstract(in English) We propose two new arithmetic methods to calculate an inverse and Frobenius map on OEF(Optimal Extension Field[5]). Elliptic curve addition over affine coordinates can be accelerated by using the proposed inverse method. Also, we can accelerate scalar multiplication over an elliptic curve by using the proposed Frobenius map method.
