Abstract(in English) The order of the elliptic curve over a finit field is important parameter for crypto systems. Moreover, it is desiable to generate elliptic curves which have prime orders. In this paper, we discuss to find an elliptic curve having prime order by using Schoof's algorithm and evaluate the amount of the calculation. We derive the probability of the existance of elliptic curve having prime order. We then show that finding the elliptic curve with prime orders is sufficently practical.
