Abstract(in English) | We address an implementation of the Frey-Ruck (FR) reduction to compae it with the Menezes-Okamoto-Vanstone reduction (MOV) from a theoretical point of view. The obtained insights include : for the case m Λq-1, 1. FR attack does not require to compute the coefficients that depend on the group structure in order to find an m-tortion points efficiently ; 2. even in the MOV attack, by mathematically extending the theory, the coefficients are obtained under a condition ; and 3. therefore, efficient reductions are possible both for the MOV and FR. |
