Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents the notion of a "time-key" and a time-controlled cryptosystem which enables time-controlled encryption/decryption. It is important to securely manage highly sensitive information such as private key for decryption in a trusted third party. We propose a time-controlled cryptosystem based on the shared RSA keys method proposed by Boneh and Franklin. It provides a method of distributed secret management of tiem-key.
