Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes characteristics of a RAKE Receiver for DS- CDMA mobile radio communications through simulation evaluation. In this system, pilot signal is transmitted constantly at transmitter. A receiver performs acquisition and tracking of synchronization, and radio channel estimation by using pilot signal.Pilot signal can bring the parallel operations of acquisition and tracking. Performances can be improved because of long term correlation for pilot signal.Characteristics of Searcher,DLL and Demodulator are evaluated in multipath fading environment.A optimum design of some parameters is considered. Finally,we discuss the total characteristic of the RAKE Receiver.
