| Abstract(in English) | We propose a cryptosystem for data packet on a subnetwork on which TCP, IP protocol is used.This cryptosystem protect data such as password from illegal users snooping the subnetwork.The cryptosystem is designed to cost small memory and small clculation power in order that it can be applied to current computer systems. Datagrams are encrypted in the IP layer,refers to the OSI network layer.A cryptogram is obtained with operation of exclusive-or between plain datagram and a random bit sequence starting from y- th bit in Legendre sequence generated from prime p.p and y are keys for the cryptosystem.The keys are renewed once a day to keep security of the subnetwork. |
