Abstract(in English) This paper descrives the Tecnology Trend of Semiconductor which can implement the Super Distribution.It is explained in the following order. 1.How Software is used --- From the point of Software User,three ways of usage is illustraed.2.Software Usage and Semiconductor --- It descrives necessity of Semiconductor for each Software Usage.3. lmplementation of Super Distribution with Semiconductor --- It shows today and tomorrow of Semiconductor density and performance taking DRAM,Microprocessor,ASIC,and Flush Mmory for examples.The author believes Semiconductor Technology Progress greatly helps for Super Distribution to become popular.
