Notwithstanding the possibility of achieving tecnically easy-to- produce software products,the high cost and much labor needed to handle rights of materials would impair smooth distribution of the products.Circumstances should be avoided as far as possible in which,despite technical progress,the legal system still rin the old state eventually makes it difficult to use technologies. |
