Abstract(in English)	In this paper,the generalization of GMW sequences and No sequences are introduced.The linear span of the generalized GMW sequences appears to be large although we do not at present have a closed-form expression for the linear span.A count of the number of cyclically distinct generalized GMW sequences that can be constructed is provided.It is also shown how the No sequences can be generalized in an identical fashion.Here too,although the linear span appears to be larger than those of No sequences themselves,we do not have a closed-form expression for the linear span.The number of distinct families of generalized No sequence of given period is given.Proofs of all theorems,which are just straightforward extensions of the proofs for GMW and No sequences are omitted.
