On the cryptosystem using elliptic curve

Abstract(in English) Recently there have been active research activities on the cryptosystem using elliptic curve over the finite field.One major approach has been finding an efficient encryption method on the elliptic curve.An effcient encryption algorithm of the cryptosystem using a finite field is due to the existence of a normal basis,in particular,an optimal normal basis of the finite field.We discuss an encryption algorithm of on elliptic curve cryptosystem of Diffie-Hellman type by using a modified polynomial basis,which is compared this with that using an optimal basis of the finite field and polynomial basis.We present the result of our computer implementation of arithmetics on a randomly choosen elliptic curve over GF(2^99>),GF(2^105>)and GF(2^119>).We discuss also the main issues of Diffie-Hellman type cryptosysem using the elliptic curve.
