Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Studies of secure broadcast communication systems so far have dealt with problems such that a sender sends some receivers a different message from the others, but they have not sufficiently considered the efficiency. We study how to make secure broadcast communication efficient in terms of computation aud length of total messages sent. The length of the message for n receivers was improved from O(n)of the previously proposed methods to O(m √^3n> )of our m-dimension method, and the encryption speed was improved from O(n(log(n+C_1)+C_2))of the master key method to O(√^3n>(log √^3n>+C_3)).
