Abstract(in English) The volume of business about credit service increases year by year. But,keeping with that situation, the number of users that cannot repay for their multiple debts increases too.In this report, we propose a credit system that prevents credit companies from granting a credit more than consumers′ abilities. Here, consumer′s ability means the credit limit of the consumer over all credit companies. In the proposed system,we suppose that the center decides the credit limits described above, and assisant cards(smart cards)that help checks of the credit limits.
