Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In£1!,the Center for Political Public Relations,Inc.described a protocol for acomputerized secret voting scheme using polling places. In this paper,.we propose an alternate secret voting scheme that is more secure and has almost same efficiency.Voters in our scheme enjoy the good guarantee that a voter can verify that his vote was correctly tallied, and anonymously request a recount when cheating is detected. Our scheme will he accepted because our protocols are publicly revealed, and anyone can check the computer bugs and the correctness of the voting result.
