| Abstract(in English) | Although there have been many researches in the random generators for the encryption and the authentications, most of them were theoretical and the practical researches are few. Therefore, under the theoretical storages, using the bent functions, the random generators are constructed, fulfilling all conditions such as high non-linearity, large linear complexities, and equal frequency of 0,1. And their performance is estimated by the theory and the simulations. By this estimation, it makes clear that it fulfills the ideal conditions. |
