Abstract(in English) This paper proposes stream ciphers suitable for conditional access to digital broadcasting system. Proposed methods are constructed by modifying [TMN89] to avoid an attack using known plain text of MPEG PES header, keeping other good characteristics of [TMN89]. Proposal 1 has a feedback loop to CTRL register to vary PN sequences. And Proposal 2 appends a real add circuit to avoid determinating a PN sequence directly from the plaintext and ciphertext of PES header. These stream ciphers have little error extensions and can be realized in a small amount of hardware.
