Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the current check systems, the balance of the account depends on the time when creditors get their checked. This makes debtors' accounts information unclear and causes dishonored checks. To solve this problem, we proposes an electronic check system with minus checks, which enables the drawers to settle their accounts actively. Our system is also based on the concept of key escrow, then it keeps user's ordinary privacy and when a crime happens, the bank can detect false checks and cheating users.
