A Public Key Cryptosystem Choosing Encryption Keys

Abstract(in English) A public key cryptrosystem for choosing encryption keys is proposed. In the case of generating plural encryption keys and their master decryption key, the ciphertexts which are encrypted with arbitrary encryption keys can be decrypted with the master decryption key. The security of this cryptosystem is based on the difficulty of factoring and the difficulty of presuming for the correct encryption keys. By using this cryptosystem, the encryption and decryption processing can be carried out faster than RSA cryptosystem.
